To use the platform you must provide accurate account information including:

• Organisation sector

You are responsible for maintaining control of your email account and any links used to access the platform.

3. Intended Use

Benchmark data:

• does not identify individual organisations
• is aggregated across multiple responses
• may be used to improve the platform or publish general maturity insights

Purple Panda Consulting retains the right to use anonymised and aggregated assessment data for research, benchmarking, and service improvement.

5. Reports and Outputs

The platform generates maturity reports based on the information provided during the assessment.

Reports are intended to provide guidance and insights only and should not be considered professional, legal, or regulatory advice.

Users remain responsible for any decisions taken based on platform outputs.

6. Report Sharing

Reports are accessible to the account holder.

Reports may also be accessible through secure shareable links where this functionality is enabled.

Users are responsible for managing access to any links they share.

Purple Panda Consulting is not responsible for access to reports shared externally by users.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• misuse or attempt to disrupt the platform
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data
• submit unlawful, harmful, or inappropriate content
• attempt to reverse engineer or copy the platform

Purple Panda Consulting may suspend access where misuse is detected.
